Whistleblowing

The Trust will investigate and, where appropriate, take action on any allegations of serious wrongdoing committed by, or related to the actions of Birmingham Children's Trust employees, Board Members, Non-Executive Members, contractors, agency staff, suppliers or consultants in the course of their work for the Trust.

If you have any concerns, you should initially discuss this with your immediate line Manager.

The Children's Trust is also committed to preventing any harassment, victimisation or unfair treatment of any person arising from their whistleblowing.
