SCOPE OF THIS CHAPTER

This guidance outlines how the Dispute and Escalation Process works in Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT). This procedure is written in the context of IROs working for the best outcomes for children and young people and seeking to promote these outcomes under the principals of offering the Trust both high support and high challenge.
